Development Policies
To get started firstly click the "Start Now" button on our homepage to fill out the New Client Service form. If your service needs a "Consultation" please book the call before paying for the service. (Still fill out the design service form according to what your brand needs) Once you book a call (if) your service requires it you will receive an email regarding your request for a "Consultation". Consultation fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If your service doesn't require a call you will receive an acceptance/denial email regarding your " New client Onboarding form" submission. Please be very detailed and add as much information as you can about your brand so that, we can properly decide if we are a good fit for you and your brand.
If your service requires a Consultation , please book the zoom call. For the consultation call there will be a layout of question specific to your service request. This is to ensure that your brand is properly taken care of, and is designed according to what you need and what was agreed on in the meeting. Your brand requires your particpation and clearity. ALL consultation call fees are NON REFUNDABLE once it has been booked. Our consultation calls work in two ways. One, if you just want to talk about your brand for a consultation call. Two, if you recieved and approval email upon your "Design form" submission and you now need to book the call to discuss your plans, theme look, ideas, graphics, etc for your brand service. Branding calls are required for most of our services. Branding calls for both are non refundable once booked.
The turnaround time will depend on the service and or the package selected by the customer. Each of our services has a turnaround time listed in the description. Turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround time can also chnage if the client doesn't submit supporting information and documents in time.
Yes, we do work on and offer, revamp services to existing websites. We recommend a new store and website started from scratch to give better results and appropriate time completion. We work with Wix, Shopify, and Acuity website platforms.
Our Brand Identity logo suite includes a main logo, alternative logo, sub mark logo, and a monogram logo design, and your brands theme, colors and fonts. Logos are designed to provide brand owners in any industry with a brand identity that is easily recognizable, memorable, and versatile for both online and offline promotion. In addition to the variety of logo designs, we also include black and white logo files, as well as vector files for printing services. Yes, we will present the design to the client before proceeding to finalize the project. If revisions are needed, we are more than happy to revise the design before the completion. Any revisions after completion result in an additional fee depending on the project. We appreciate our customers and value them and their brands and we strive to provide great client satisfaction to all of our clients.
We encourage our clients to provide their model stock photos, submitting photos also depends on the service selected by the client. ALL photos should be high quality and submitted in png. or .jpg format. If the client doesn't have high-quality photos to provide we have included stock photos in all of our custom brand developments.
For Acuity design yes if you want the upload service. The client should have existing accounts with Wix, and or Shopify before paying for the website design service. Upon having an existing account, we will be able to request access to design on your website without your login information. Sometimes It's a case-by-case situation and will be discussed with the necessary client.
