Max of 4 pictures for each order, need more stock photos perfected add more to your cart or send us a message so we can provide you an invoice for the amount of pictures needed.
Please send all supporting documents to Development@shesthebranddesigner.com with your order number, name, email, and attached documents. Please know that we service Monday - Friday WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS are not included in the start or completion time. If you order on a business day the start of your order will begin developing the next Business day.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our sevices, we DO NOT offer refunds for any reason. There are 2-4 revsions that are included in each service we offer. Previews are presented to the client BEFORE the completion of the final design.
At any time Shesthebranddesigner reserves the right to cancel services without refunding money to any client before and during the time of service development due to the following:
Missing information such as photos, typed up service & product information
Lateness to meetings & No showing
Not making payments
Rude & hostile speech
Disrespectful behavior & anything that makes the designer uncomfortable
Not providing ID
Continously changing the agreed design plan
Not agreeing to development policies
Paying for services that arent needed (even if it was accidental)
If the designer feels that the client is not a great fit for shesthebranddesigner because of the clients affiliation with other marketing, branding agencies and or graphic designers that became known beofore & after the clients payment(s)
Not wanting the work that shesthebranddesigner created to be promoted on shesthebranddesigner social media platforms or websites.
